Meta, Google & TikTok Ads Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale paid acquisition for a fast‑growing U.S. direct‑to‑consumer eCommerce business. The role focuses on creating, optimizing and analyzing campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok platforms to drive revenue and customer growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Build audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting and look‑alike audiences.
• Execute creative, copy and landing‑page A/B tests.
• Monitor budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel.
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
• Stay current on platform updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience managing paid media for U.S.‑based companies.
• Experience with U.S. eCommerce consumer brands.
• Strong analytical skills and fluent English communication.
