Mortgage Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Virtual Assistant to support US‑based mortgage brokers and loan officers remotely. The role focuses on end‑to‑end loan file management, borrower communication, and coordination with underwriting and title partners.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage loan files from submission through closing.
• Order, coordinate, and track appraisals.
• Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation.
• Follow up with borrowers on outstanding requirements.
• Review and help clear underwriting conditions.
• Communicate directly with underwriters, lenders, title companies, and other lending partners.
• Track loan progress and maintain accurate records.
• Update CRM/LOS systems with loan status and borrower information.
• Assist loan officers with lead follow‑up and cold calling as needed.
• Support basic marketing and social media activities when applicable.

Required profile

• Direct experience in US mortgage loan processing, underwriting condition clearance, or mortgage assistance.
• Hands‑on familiarity with borrower documentation and closing procedures.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple files, and maintain high accuracy.

Required skills

• Experience with mortgage CRM/LOS platforms such as Encompass, Calyx, Arive, GoHighLevel.
