Operations Security Manager

About the role

IntouchCX is seeking an Operations Security Manager to lead its Operations Security department. You will ensure that all operational sites meet security standards, prevent data breaches, and align with client and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a controls matrix aligned with multiple compliance frameworks.
• Prepare, review, and report incident and status updates to senior management and clients.
• Conduct audits, create and update security standards and procedures, and stay current with emerging threats and regulations.
• Work cross‑functionally with internal leaders to implement holistic processes based on client policies and close security information gaps.
• Track partner assessment progress, manage action items, and lead customer‑facing security gap reviews and investigations.
• Manage and develop the operations security support team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4‑5 years of experience in fraud, risk, compliance, IT, security, or process building within the BPO industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, PCI DSS, or similar compliance frameworks.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, able to interact with non‑technical executives.
• Understanding of business continuity and disaster response planning.
