Paid Media Manager – Google Ads & Local Services Ads

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead Google Ads and Local Services Ads strategies for home‑services clients such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing businesses. This remote, hands‑on role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Google Ads strategy and execution across search, display and shopping campaigns.
• Manage and optimize Google Local Services Ads, including budget, bids, lead quality, dispute handling and compliance.
• Build and run Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns that complement Google efforts.
• Design and conduct A/B tests on ad copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Monitor budgets and bids in real time, reallocating spend to protect ROAS and cost‑per‑lead.
• Connect ad performance to business outcomes by tracking clicks through to leads and booked jobs.
• Prepare performance reports for internal and client‑facing review.
• Collaborate with the team on offer alignment, landing‑page creation and lead‑follow‑up systems.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on paid‑search experience with full ownership of strategy.
• Proven track record improving ROAS and lowering cost‑per‑lead.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Currently based in Latin America.
• Experience working agency‑side across multiple client accounts.
