Paid Media Specialist – Meta, Google & TikTok Ads

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Paid Media Specialist to lead and scale paid acquisition for a fast‑growing U.S. direct‑to‑consumer eCommerce brand. The role focuses on driving revenue, customer acquisition, and profitable growth through strategic advertising on Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Design audience strategies, including prospecting, retargeting, and look‑alike audiences.
• Conduct A/B testing of creative assets, copy, and landing pages.
• Monitor budgets, maximize ROAS, and manage performance metrics such as CPA and CAC.
• Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience managing paid media for U.S.-based companies.
• Experience with U.S. eCommerce consumer brands.
• Strong analytical skills and fluent English communication.
