Planificador Estratégico Senior

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Strategic Planner to transform insights into communication strategies that drive business impact. The role will lead strategic thinking behind campaigns, identifying growth opportunities for our clients through research, trend analysis, consumer understanding, and the creation of creative, effective strategic proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of brand, communication, and campaign strategies for local and regional clients.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research processes.
• Identify relevant insights that generate business and communication opportunities.
• Prepare clear and inspiring strategic briefs for creative, media, and account teams.
• Participate in annual planning, product launches, and the development of new brand initiatives.
• Measure results, generate learnings, and translate findings into future actions.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with a holistic view of marketing.
• Ability to connect data, behaviors, and commercial objectives to create measurable strategies.
• Strong communication skills and experience in strategic planning.
