About the role
The Construction Project Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for each construction project based on design documents. The role supports the bidding process and ensures that budgets align with client expectations and company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects using design plans.
- Participate in tender preparation and submission.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Conduct market research to validate pricing assumptions.
- Maintain and update budgeting records and documentation.
Required profile
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project budgeting or cost estimation.
- Strong negotiation and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work responsibly and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
