Program Associate – Social and Behaviour Change (SC7)

About the role

The World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking a Program Associate to support its Social and Behaviour Change (SC7) programme in Guatemala. The position is based in Guatemala City and will run for twelve months, contributing to WFP’s efforts to improve food security, nutrition and resilience among vulnerable populations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of social and behaviour change activities aligned with WFP’s objectives.
• Coordinate with government agencies, civil‑society partners, community groups and academic institutions.
• Assist in the preparation of programme documents, briefs and reporting materials.
• Provide logistical and administrative assistance to the programme team as needed.
