About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the "obra gris" (gray work) phase of construction projects. The main goal is to anticipate opportunities and minimise weekly project risks while ensuring smooth progress.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct kickoff meetings and ensure all agreements are followed.
- Create, update and monitor a risk matrix throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform reverse process reviews to reduce delays and re‑work.
- Control critical milestones using visual boards.
- Maintain a checklist of plan reviews required for each project stage.
Required profile
- Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager in construction.
- Previous experience working for construction companies.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
