About the role

The Receptor Pagador works within the business centre of a financial institution, providing customers with personalized assistance while promoting the bank’s products and services. The role combines administrative tasks with operational cash handling, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in line with institutional policies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver information and promote financial products to clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve requests efficiently.
• Perform cash‑desk operations, including counting cash and detecting counterfeit bills.
• Execute banking transactions using authorized systems while complying with internal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations and report any discrepancies.

Required profile

• High‑school level education (diversified graduation).
• Experience in customer service, cash‑desk operations, or similar banking functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under established procedures.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with MS Office.
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles.
• Cash counting and counterfeit detection techniques.
