Reclutador – Especialista en Atracción de Talento

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to connect talented individuals with exciting career opportunities. In this role you will work closely with the Staffing team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, phone outreach, and networking events.
• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates throughout the hiring journey.
• Schedule and coordinate interview appointments with hiring managers and candidates.
• Participate in recruitment fairs and other talent‑acquisition events.
• Maintain up‑to‑date candidate records and documentation.
• Build and sustain a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication abilities and a talent for building relationships.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong organizational and autonomous work habits.
• Conversational level of English.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
