Remote B2B Telemarketing Representative

About the role

We are looking for motivated Telemarketers to join our B2B team. The focus is on contacting qualified leads who have already shown interest in our products, providing follow‑up, qualifying their needs, and moving them forward in the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Call pre‑qualified leads and present the value proposition clearly and persuasively.
• Identify potential customer needs and qualify sales opportunities.
• Record every interaction accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet defined contact and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call‑center or telemarketing environment (mandatory).
• Interest or experience in B2B sales (preferred).
• Excellent oral communication and active listening skills.
• High motivation, proactive attitude, and results orientation.
• Ability to handle objections and tolerate frustration.
• Reliable internet connection for remote work.

Required skills

• Pipedrive (or similar CRM) proficiency.
• General CRM usage.
• Microsoft Office basics.
• IP telephony and dialer tools.
