Remote Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and highly driven Business Development Representative to work remotely. The role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and scheduling appointments with business owners across various industries to support our leadership team’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect qualified business owners using phone, email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
• Build authentic relationships and conduct discovery conversations to qualify opportunities.
• Schedule high‑quality appointments for the sales team, confirming details and minimizing cancellations.
• Maintain detailed activity notes and keep the CRM up to date.
• Execute consistent follow‑up communication to stay top of mind with prospects.
• Manage an organized sales pipeline, tracking outreach and follow‑up tasks.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to maximize conversion rates.

Required profile

• Exceptional spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with executives and business owners.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently during U.S. business hours.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet home office equipped with a professional webcam and headset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel.
• Proven ability to generate conversations, qualify leads, and set appointments.
• Comfortable using multiple communication channels (phone, email, social media).
