Remote Healthcare Recruiter (Guatemala & Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Healthcare Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for senior‑living and home health‑care organizations. The role is fully remote, supporting teams in Guatemala and the Philippines, and focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding qualified healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, social media, referrals, databases, networking and Boolean search techniques.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens and virtual interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and leadership.
• Verify licenses, certifications, work experience and required documentation.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation in the ATS.
• Support workforce planning initiatives and participate in talent‑acquisition projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting for healthcare, senior‑living or home‑care environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and full‑cycle recruitment.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluations.
• Familiarity with credentialing, employment verification and healthcare compliance is a plus.
