Remote Trainer – Learning & Development for Executive Assistants

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Trainer to develop and coach Executive Assistants (EAs) across Latin America. You will design learning experiences, embed AI tools into training, and ensure our talent is ready to deliver high‑impact support to fast‑growing startups in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and 1:1 coaching to prepare EAs for client assignments.
• Design and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s methodology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage cross‑functional communication, ensuring EAs are matched, staffed, and performing at a high level.
• Leverage AI daily, coach EAs on AI adoption, and implement automations to scale learning and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent English (C2) – written and spoken, with strong engagement skills.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools and a fast learning attitude.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, and high‑ownership approach.
