About the role

The Construction Site Resident will oversee daily operations on building projects, ensuring that work progresses on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards. The role focuses on anticipating opportunities, minimizing risks, and coordinating with the project team to deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare meeting minutes and ensure all deliverables are met.
• Develop bi‑weekly labor forecasts and monitor workforce performance.
• Quantify material requirements and track their performance.
• Manage change orders and maintain related documentation.
• Update and monitor the opportunities‑and‑risks matrix.
• Review construction drawings to identify errors and initiate corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate project opportunities and risks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in construction site coordination or similar roles.
