About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Resident to lead the execution of high‑end vertical construction projects. The role involves overseeing every phase from structural work to premium finishes, ensuring that each detail meets the rigorous standards of luxury development.

Key responsibilities

• Direct on‑site execution of luxury residential or commercial towers.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor quality, aesthetics, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Control and verify premium finishes and architectural details.
• Manage electrical and hydrosanitary installations in high‑rise structures.
• Prepare and track budgets, timelines, and progress matrices.

Required profile

• Graduated Architect or Civil Engineer.
• Proven experience as a Resident Engineer/Project Manager on premium or luxury vertical projects.
• Strong background in contractor management and quality control.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
