Rider Acquisition Team Leader

About the role

The Rider Acquisition Team Leader will drive the growth and performance of PedidosYa's rider fleet across Latin America. You will shape supply strategy, oversee onboarding, and ensure high satisfaction among new and existing riders while collaborating closely with local and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage fleet availability based on projected demand.
• Monitor and optimise acquisition channels according to performance metrics.
• Design and supervise onboarding processes for new riders and drivers.
• Track operational metrics of newly onboarded riders and drive performance improvements.
• Maintain rider support channels, ensuring timely and quality communication.
• Lead focus‑group sessions with riders to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Monitor rider satisfaction and act on findings to enhance the experience.
• Serve as the primary liaison with local and regional teams for incident resolution and continuous process improvement.
• Analyse labour‑market trends to anticipate fleet needs.
• Lead and develop the Supply and Support team.

Required profile

• Degree or current studies in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Systems or related fields.
• Minimum two years of proven experience in operational management or coordination, with team‑leadership responsibilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid knowledge of SQL for data‑driven decision making.
• Bonus: experience with Business Intelligence tools and programming languages such as Python or R.
