SAP Functional Account Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an SAP Functional Account Consultant to join our multidisciplinary teams. You will drive strategic client management, ensure high‑impact service experiences, and support long‑term, sustainable relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full client relationship, guaranteeing satisfaction, growth and loyalty.
• Act as a strategic advisor, guiding customers through SAP solution evolution and adoption.
• Track client interactions using portals, tools and internal processes.
• Prepare minutes, reports and follow‑up on commitments, ensuring proper administrative account management.
• Monitor service indicators and compliance with agreed service levels.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, continuous improvement and contract renewals.
• Coordinate with internal Basis, Architecture and Operations teams to ensure correct solution delivery.
• Participate in resolving requirements and incidents, promoting a positive client experience.
• Work autonomously in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Master’s in Business Administration or a relevant specialization (preferred).
• At least three years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or SAP functional/technical consultant.
• Three years of experience with cloud SaaS/ERP solutions.
• Three years of experience in SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAP BTP).
• Three years of B2B enterprise account management experience.
