Senior Architect – Interior Architecture & Fit‑Out

About the role

IntouchCX is seeking a results‑driven Senior Architect to lead interior architecture and fit‑out projects from concept through completion. You will shape creative, functional designs while ensuring compliance with building codes and managing project timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop test fits and craft conceptual designs for new builds and renovations.
• Prepare presentation materials that clearly convey design intent to clients.
• Define and manage the scope of work (SOW) for bidding and coordinate with facilities and contractor teams.
• Monitor work progress against schedules and verify construction implementation aligns with design plans.
• Control budgets, billing, and variation orders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform project administration duties, including documentation and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a valid professional license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior architecture and fit‑out projects; BPO industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning and multi‑tasking abilities in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Demonstrated project‑management capability from design conception to implementation.
