Senior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong design judgment, leadership, and a solid technical foundation to lead the development of projects across various scales and stages. The role includes managing a team of architects, overseeing design quality, and ensuring coordinated, documented deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the architectural development of assigned projects.
• Coordinate and supervise the architects on each project team.
• Distribute tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress, deliveries, and timelines.
• Develop and lead architectural proposals based on program, context, and requirements.
• Guide the creation of plans, elevations, sections, 3D models, and presentations.
• Review and internally approve work produced by the team before each delivery.
• Ensure architectural, graphic, and technical coherence throughout all project stages.
• Lead the development of pre‑projects, full architectural projects, construction drawings, and details.
• Coordinate information with structural, MEP, specialist consultants, suppliers, and construction teams.
• Participate in material, finish, and architectural element selection.
• Verify that design decisions align with concept, budget, and execution.
• Attend internal meetings, client presentations, and project coordination sessions.
• Incorporate feedback, control documentation evolution, and manage on‑site visits to resolve design issues.
• Develop team capabilities through continuous review, feedback, and mentorship.

Required profile

• Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience leading design and architectural development teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong design judgment regarding proportion, materiality, and composition.
• Capability to translate design concepts into clear, coordinated, buildable spatial solutions.
• Mastery of architectural representation, technical documentation, and project development processes.
• Skill in reviewing, correcting, and elevating the work of other architects.
• Leadership, decisive judgment, and confidence in decision‑making.
