Senior Platform Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join the Engineering Platform Team of a leading global automotive services company. The role focuses on building and operating the developer platform, including GitHub Enterprise, cloud infrastructure, and AI‑assisted automation, to boost developer productivity and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reusable GitHub Actions and automation workflows.
• Build, provision and manage AWS resources using Terraform.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and release automation for faster delivery.
• Contribute to DevSecOps initiatives, ensuring security, compliance and operational excellence.
• Apply AI development standards with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, and guide prompt‑engineering practices.
• Support peers through design discussions, code reviews and production incident response.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master on planning, delivery and continuous platform improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive tasks to completion independently.
• Excellent written documentation skills and ability to communicate in English at an Upper‑Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
