Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. The role is fully remote and involves guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high‑impact technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes while coaching team members.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistent project quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment to retain talent and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze utilization, capacity, and profitability to meet financial targets.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and English language skills.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
