About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Solution Architect to lead the definition and sourcing of technical talent for client projects. You will act as the bridge between client requirements and the recruitment process, ensuring the right engineers are matched to each engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessments and validation, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Screen and interview candidates to identify the best fit for each position.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles.
• Collaborate with sales to accelerate resource delivery while maintaining feasibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven background in software development across multiple programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
