Supervisor de Mantenimiento Industrial

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and leadership‑driven Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead our technical team. The role focuses on ensuring maximum efficiency, reliability, and continuous operation of our industrial machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain and improve the performance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ensure the reliability and continuity of production equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage rotating day/night shift schedules, guaranteeing one day off per week.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar supervisory maintenance position.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated team leadership and effective communication skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset.
