About the role

The Remodeling Project Supervisor will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of renovation projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, stay within budget, and adhere to agreed timelines. This onsite position works closely with clients, designers, and construction teams to guarantee high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of remodeling projects from initial planning to final hand‑over.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
• Report progress and any issues to clients and senior management.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising remodeling or construction projects.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
