About the role
The Medical Visit Supervisor will lead and develop a team of medical representatives who are currently in training. This role ensures that commercial objectives are met, promotional strategies are executed correctly, and a new product line gains market positioning across Guatemala.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of medical visitors, ensuring they meet sales targets and follow promotional guidelines.
- Accompany field visits in the capital city and interior departments to provide on‑the‑job support.
- Direct the implementation of the positioning strategy for new pharmaceutical products.
- Travel to interior regions for at least two weeks each month to oversee activities.
Required profile
- University‑educated professional with proven experience managing medical visit teams.

- Base salary of Q10,250 per month.
- Commission based on sales performance.
- All statutory benefits and additional monthly bonuses.
- Vehicle depreciation allowance, travel expenses, and fuel reimbursement.
- Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with job stability.
