Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can lead a technical team and drive integration projects from conception to delivery. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on coordination, ensuring that AI‑enhanced processes and tools are effectively adopted.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and allocate work for a team of at least five technical professionals.
• Promote innovation by integrating AI tools to improve team efficiency.
• Deliver projects on time, meeting client commitments and quality standards.
• Monitor integration stages, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to reduce cycle times.
• Maintain proactive, professional communication with clients and track satisfaction levels.
• Manage key account projects and ensure successful closure.

Required profile

• Graduated or near‑completion in Industrial Engineering, Business, Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of verified work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team of five or more.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
