Technical Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

Lead technical projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives. This remote position works with cross‑functional teams to drive successful outcomes for BairesDev’s clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate developers, designers, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines while maintaining clear communication.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and enforce best practices for delivery.
• Track progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Bridge technical and business perspectives to ensure project success.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies and project‑management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced level of English.
