Account Manager – Performance Marketing

About the role

GenTech Marketing is a growth and performance marketing agency serving clients in the United States and Latin America. We are looking for an Account Manager with performance‑marketing experience to own client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and turn commercial goals into clear, actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and GenTech Marketing.
• Lead onboarding, strategy, follow‑up, and results presentation calls.
• Understand each client’s business, objectives, sales processes, and needs.
• Develop lead‑generation and customer‑acquisition strategies.
• Coordinate media‑buying, design, and video teams.
• Oversee CRM configuration, pipelines, SMS and email automation, lead tracking, and appointment reminders.
• Track tasks, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines.
• Analyze performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, lead quality, appointments, sales, CAC and ROAS.
• Propose new campaigns, creatives, audiences, offers and optimization opportunities.
• Identify account issues early and propose solutions before they impact the client.
• Maintain organized, clear, and constant communication with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
• More than 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with digital advertising and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, funnels, landing pages and conversion processes.
• Proven experience communicating directly with business owners, managers or senior stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret and present performance‑marketing metrics.
• Experience coordinating creative and paid‑media teams.
• Strong organization, communication and multi‑account management skills.
• Strategic mindset, results orientation and proactive problem‑solving.
