Administrador de Aplicaciones (DevOps)

About the role

Claro Guatemala is looking for an Application Administrator (DevOps) to ensure the stability, evolution and optimisation of its cloud‑based applications and services. The role combines platform administration with automation to support continuous delivery across the company’s technology stack.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor applications and cloud platforms to guarantee high availability.
• Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git and Ansible.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployments and resolve incidents.
• Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning and security hardening of cloud environments.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in application and platform administration.
• Intermediate technical English.
• At least one current certification: AWS Certified Developer Associate, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104) or Google Associate Cloud Engineer.
