Agente de Telemarketing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telemarketing Agent to generate sales by actively contacting customers and prospects through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels. The role focuses on identifying commercial opportunities, following up on quotations and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage databases and continuously follow up with prospects.
• Make outbound calls and initiate contact with potential customers.
• Execute commercial campaigns, promotions and cross‑selling/upselling initiatives.
• Apply consultative selling techniques and record opportunities in the CRM system.
• Achieve conversion, productivity and sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, contact‑center or customer‑service environments.
• Proficiency with Excel, CRM platforms and commercial tracking tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Result‑oriented, resilient and focused on delivering high‑quality service.
