Customer Service Executive – Zona 10

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will be the main point of contact for clients, intermediaries, suppliers and visitors, providing both in‑person and telephone assistance. The role ensures efficient handling of insurance‑related documentation, timely follow‑up of requests, and accurate administrative control.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to clients, intermediaries, suppliers and visitors, delivering high‑quality service in person and by phone.
• Receive, review and forward documentation and requests related to policies, guarantees and other insurance procedures.
• Accurately record and process client information, maintaining data quality.
• Track requests, complaints and requirements, coordinating with relevant departments for efficient resolution.
• Maintain control and filing of assigned documentation, agents and administrative processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in reception or supplier payment handling.
• University student (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with PDF documents.
