Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Project Manager to lead complex software and digital initiatives from planning through delivery. You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to cross‑functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track and meet measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation, planning, execution to successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and critical paths.
• Coordinate multiple teams and workstreams, aligning priorities and ensuring effective execution.
• Identify, track and proactively manage cross‑team dependencies, risks, blockers and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, status reviews and other ceremonies.
• Adapt project management practices across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Product, Business and other cross‑functional teams.
• Manage communication with Directors, C‑level executives and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of end‑to‑end experience managing software or digital projects, including mobile applications.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, workstreams and manage project dependencies.
• Strong experience with project planning, timelines, milestones, roadmaps and critical paths.
• Experience working under Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior executives.
• Advanced English proficiency.
