Project Manager (Software & Digital Projects)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Project Manager to lead complex software and digital initiatives from planning through delivery. You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to cross‑functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track and meet measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation, planning, execution to successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and critical paths.
• Coordinate multiple teams and workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, blockers and issues.
• Establish clear priorities, ownership and accountability across project teams.
• Track progress, facilitate meetings, planning sessions and status reviews.
• Adapt project management practices across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Product, Business and other cross‑functional teams.
• Manage communication with Directors, C‑level executives and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of end‑to‑end experience managing software or digital projects, including mobile applications.
• Proven ability to navigate changing priorities, dependencies and competing demands.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership.
• Advanced English proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Jira (or similar project management and collaboration tools).
