About the role
We are seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to support a real‑estate appraisal business. The role focuses on contacting property managers, gathering unit‑specific information, and managing follow‑up communications.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to property managers to obtain detailed unit information.
- Make phone calls and conduct timely follow‑ups.
- Draft and send professional emails to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Fluent English at C2 level (client‑facing communication).
- Proactive, professional, intuitive thinker, efficient and open‑minded.
- Prior experience contacting property managers and handling calls, follow‑ups, and email correspondence.
Required skills
What we offer
- Payment in USD or local currency, based on candidate preference.
- Full‑time remote opportunity with a fixed schedule: Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑11:00 ET (10 hours per week).
