Telemarketing Agent – Cable, TV, Internet Sales

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Telemarketing Agent to generate sales for cable, digital TV, internet and telephone services within an assigned portfolio of potential customers. The role involves contacting prospects by phone, presenting upgrade options and closing sales while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales follow‑up and maintain up‑to‑date client contact records.
• Generate sales of prepaid and postpaid products, individually or in combo packages, through assigned phone campaigns.
• Identify and qualify new prospects, gather relevant information and update the CRM system.
• Achieve product‑specific sales targets and adhere to established quality standards.
• Explain product benefits, pricing and payment options to customers.

Required profile

• Strong result orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and influence skills.
• Fluent spoken communication in Spanish.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for tele‑sales.

Required skills

• Experience with tele‑sales, cold calling and sales techniques.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally.
