Account Manager – LATAM Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between our LATAM clients and internal teams, ensuring the timely delivery of digital marketing campaigns and fostering long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated account strategies across media, creative, data, and web development.
• Translate client objectives into actionable digital marketing plans covering paid media, SEO, social, and content.
• Serve as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day account needs, conducting regular client check‑ins.
• Coordinate campaign launches, optimization, performance reporting, and budget tracking.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and collaborate with Business Development to grow revenue.
• Manage scope of work, change orders, and ensure accurate billing with finance teams.
• Collaborate with department heads to align strategy and execution across disciplines.
• Analyze campaign data, market trends, and competitor insights to recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital marketing accounts, preferably in the LATAM region.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear, actionable strategies.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and market trends.
• Organised and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
