About the role

The Experience Center Administrator for the Housing segment will be responsible for the daily operation of the sales showroom, ensuring smooth commercial flow and disciplined team performance. This role supports the Regional Leader by handling operational tasks, allowing strategic focus on sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and oversee daily activities of the sales showroom.
• Manage commercial flow and integrate customer dossiers.
• Maintain operational discipline of the sales team.
• Free the Regional Leader to concentrate on commercial strategy.
• Increase advisor productivity and improve sales conversion rates.
• Coordinate with banking partners for credit approval dossiers.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial operations, real‑estate sales, or process administration.
• Mandatory knowledge of FHA programs and mortgage credit processes.

Required skills

• FHA mortgage knowledge.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
• Proficiency in managing dossiers for bank credit approvals.
