About the role

We are looking for a Construction Site Administrator to oversee financial resources, supplies, inventory and human talent on urbanization projects located on the Southern Coast of Guatemala. The role ensures strict budget control, compliance with cost estimates and adherence to local labor legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational cash flow and reconcile subcontractor payment estimates.
• Oversee payroll processes, including hires, terminations, benefits and statutory withholdings in line with IGSS and Ministry of Labor regulations.
• Supervise receipt, audit and safeguarding of materials, supplies and heavy equipment.
• Coordinate inspections by local authorities (municipality, tax office, IGSS, environmental agency) and negotiate with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate financial and inventory records to support project budgeting and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Site Administrator on urbanization or infrastructure projects.
• Preferable experience working on the Southern Coast of Guatemala.
• Knowledge of Guatemalan labor legislation (IGSS/Mintrab) and payroll control.
