Agente de Telemarketing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telemarketing Agent to generate sales by actively contacting customers and prospects through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels. The role focuses on identifying commercial opportunities, following up quotations and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage prospect databases and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Make outbound calls and initiate contact via multiple channels.
• Execute commercial campaigns, promotions and cross‑selling/upselling initiatives.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to convert leads into customers.
• Record and track opportunities in the CRM system.
• Achieve conversion, productivity and sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional service experience to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, contact‑center or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Result‑oriented, resilient and focused on customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using CRM and commercial tracking tools.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract for three months with the possibility of extension.
