AI Google Ads Digital Practitioner

About the role

We are looking for an AI Google Ads Digital Practitioner to evaluate and improve advertising experiences across Google’s ecosystem. You will use your expertise in Google Ads to assess ad relevance, quality, and effectiveness against user search behavior, keywords, and intent, helping to refine AI‑powered advertising systems.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of ads in relation to user search queries, keywords, and intent.
• Analyze the relationship between search terms, ad creatives, landing pages, and user behavior.
• Apply Google Ads best practices and advertising principles when assessing ad quality.
• Review advertising content against established guidelines and quality standards.
• Conduct research to validate alignment of ads with user needs and expectations.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve AI‑driven advertising systems.
• Participate in calibration sessions, consensus discussions, and quality reviews.
• Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, digital advertising trends, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level (oral and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent certifications on the Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Measurement, GA4).
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing, optimizing, or consulting on Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience in digital marketing agencies, performance marketing teams, or paid‑media environments.
• Background in quality assurance, content evaluation, search relevance, or AI data annotation projects.
