AI Solutions Architect – Lead AI‑Driven Delivery

About the role

The AI Solutions Architect is the primary technical authority for client engagements, driving AI‑enabled delivery across the entire software development lifecycle. You will design and embed AI agents into requirements gathering, code generation, testing, documentation, and release management while maintaining hands‑on involvement in the codebase.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI‑agent architectures that span the SDLC, establishing technical standards for trustworthy AI use and human‑in‑the‑loop oversight.
• Partner with solutioning teams on pre‑SOW activities, shaping architecture, feasibility, and effort estimates.
• Own end‑to‑end technical delivery on cloud platforms, managing functional and non‑functional requirements, risk mitigation, and roadmap communication.
• Mentor engineers through Communities of Practice, fostering AI‑driven delivery skills and technical vision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years experience as a Software or Solutions Architect with hands‑on cloud and AI/agentic tooling expertise.
• Proven experience embedding AI agents into the SDLC and defining human‑oversight models.
