Analista de Inventarios y Abastecimiento

About the role

We are looking for an analytical and organized professional to ensure product availability in assigned supermarkets. The role combines field work, inventory analysis, and coordination with the distribution team to guarantee timely replenishment.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned supermarkets daily and perform physical shelf and warehouse inventories.
• Identify stock gaps and opportunities for replenishment.
• Analyze inventory levels and demand patterns.
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders.
• Coordinate with the distribution team to deliver the right products on time.
• Verify that deliveries match issued orders.
• Keep inventory, order, and supply data up‑to‑date.
• Generate daily reports and suggest improvement actions.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, supply, logistics, purchase orders or consumer‑goods companies.
• Hands‑on experience conducting physical inventories in retail locations.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (mandatory).
• Availability to travel daily between assigned supermarkets.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (desired).
