Analista de Planificación Financiera

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst who will analyze and reconcile consolidated financial statements of the business unit, ensuring alignment between the corporate consolidation system and the unit’s financial analysis tools. The role supports budgeting, forecasting and provides insights to drive profitability and resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and review consolidated financial statements of the business unit, ensuring alignment between the corporate consolidation system and the unit’s financial analysis system.
• Identify financial adjustments required for scaling and accuracy.
• Monitor investments and control budget compliance.
• Anticipate factors that could impact assigned results.
• Support the coordination and preparation of the annual budgeting process for administrative expenses and CAPEX.
• Prepare supporting information for plan analysis and presentation.
• Execute consolidation, analysis, and monitoring of business plans to facilitate decision‑making that maximizes value and profitability.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports focused on generating insights to improve business value and profitability.
• Perform dynamic monthly forecasts of administrative spend, updating projections based on business premises and economic impacts.

Required profile

• Experience in financial planning, administration or reporting roles.
• Proven ability to generate and interpret financial and operational reports.
• Experience handling large volumes of data.
• Proficiency with SAP, SAP BPC and Power BI tools.
• Degree in Public Accounting & Auditing or Business Administration.
