About the role

We are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes, with a focus on administrative positions that require high standards and KPI compliance. The role involves designing innovative sourcing strategies, headhunting, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish for various positions.
• Design and implement search strategies tailored to each role.
• Conduct headhunting and talent mapping activities.
• Ensure timely closures and meet recruitment KPIs.
• Propose improvements to attraction methods and candidate experience.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and internal client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration or a related field.
• Proven track record in headhunting and specialized profile searches.
• Experience using diverse sourcing channels and attraction strategies.
• Knowledge of employer branding concepts.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Basic English proficiency (preferred).
• Result‑oriented with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
