About the role

We are looking for a qualified architect to provide post‑sale support to our clients, manage warranty claims and follow up on project‑related requirements. The role combines client service, technical documentation and occasional site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to post‑delivery client inquiries and coordinate warranty processes.
• Document procedures, generate reports and prepare presentation materials.
• Conduct on‑site visits to projects when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project status.

Required profile

• Closed curriculum degree in Architecture.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel for site visits.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving ability.
• Result‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients and contractors.

Required skills

• Salary between Q7,000 and Q8,000, depending on experience.
• Office located in Zona 10, Monday‑Friday 7 am‑5 pm schedule.
