About the role

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Advisor to promote our security solutions—including alarms, CCTV cameras, and GPS tracking—to residential and business customers in Guatemala. The role involves prospecting, presenting, closing sales, and providing post‑sale support while working independently in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new residential and commercial clients in the field.
• Present and demonstrate security solutions such as alarm systems, cameras, and GPS trackers.
• Generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Close sales and ensure proper post‑sale follow‑up.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in intangible services (e.g., insurance, technology, telecommunications).
• Proactive, persuasive, results‑oriented mindset with high resilience.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently.
• Own a motorcycle (mandatory) for field visits.

Required skills

• Knowledge of security alarm systems.
• Familiarity with CCTV camera solutions.
• Understanding of GPS tracking technologies.

• Base salary of Q4,275 plus unlimited bonuses and commissions.
