About the role

Canella S.A. is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to promote and sell Yamaha motorcycle parts in Totonicapán. You will interact directly with customers in the workshop and agency, helping them find the right components and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to customers on Yamaha motorcycle parts.
• Prospect new clients and generate commercial opportunities.
• Identify required parts based on customer needs and interpret parts catalogs.
• Assist customers visiting the workshop or agency and manage the sales process.
• Use internal systems to support commercial and administrative tasks.
• Handle cash operations and bank deposits when required.
• Coordinate with the Agency Manager, Billing, Supervisors, Yamaha Management, and Back‑Office to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• High school graduate (Diversified level).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, motorcycle parts, or related fields.
• Technical knowledge of motorcycle parts and ability to read catalogs.
• Strong communication, customer‑service orientation, and teamwork skills.
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance (Mon‑Fri 8:00‑17:00, Sat 8:00‑12:00).
