About the role
The Specialist Advisor will work at the MAX Kiosk in Oakland Place II, assisting customers at the point of sale and providing product guidance to drive sales closures.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the kiosk environment.
- Provide detailed advice on mobile phones and related technology.
- Close sales by matching customer needs with product offerings.
- Maintain availability to work weekends and mall operating hours.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales.
- Strong interest and knowledge of cell phones and technology.
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible mall schedules.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a responsible attitude.
